Accessibility Statement

Financial Fitness Passport™ is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards.

Conformance status

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as our baseline, and we are progressively adopting WCAG 2.2 Level AA success criteria where practical. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with a wide range of disabilities.

Measures we take

  • Automated accessibility testing (axe-core) on key public pages as part of our workflow.
  • Semantic HTML with meaningful headings, landmarks, and labels.
  • Keyboard-operable navigation and visible focus indicators.
  • Color-contrast review against WCAG AA thresholds.
  • Alternative text for meaningful images.

Known limitations

Despite our best efforts, some content may not yet be fully accessible. Third-party components (such as embedded payment, e-signature, and analytics widgets) are not always fully under our control. We monitor these areas and work with our vendors to improve them. If you encounter a barrier, please let us know so we can prioritize a fix.

Feedback and contact

We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of Financial Fitness Passport. If you encounter accessibility barriers or need content in an alternative format, please contact us through our contact page. We aim to respond within five business days.
